The Fairfax Station Swim and Tennis Club is a member-owned not-for-profit corporation that is nestled among the rolling hills, ponds, creeks, and trees that adorn the original Fairfax Station neighborhood.
The Club was founded in 1983 when the developer of the over 500+ single family homes within Fairfax Station recognized the value of incorporating a top-flight private swim and tennis club into the plans. Several parcels of land were conveyed so that a 25-meter length swimming pool, diving well, wading pool, clubhouse, and tennis courts could be constructed.
Today, the Club offers its members a variety of programs and events focused on providing a stage to socialize, compete, cheer, laugh, and share in one another’s lives. With over 30 years of fun times behind us and at least as many in our future, there’s no better place to spend a summer evening than poolside at the Club! Come join us!
* As alluded to above, private community swimming pool clubs are organized under the IRS’ code 501 C(7) and while we are a not-for-profit corporation donations to the Club are not taxed detectable as would be the case with those organizations capable of operating under the tax code section 501 C(3).
